El Cazador Mexican Grill & Cantina is Hiring a Floor Supervisor Near Oak Harbor, WA
Our busy family owned and operated restaurant is seeking a motivated and qualified person with a great attitude, integrity, reliability, and prior experience in the restaurant industry. Floor Supervisors must know all front of house functions (server, host, expo, bartender, busser) and be willing to train on a structured timeline to master all positions that they will supervise. Once the floor is mastered and training is complete you will supervise operations under the General Manager. This includes ensuring timely service on the floor, attending to customer needs and particulars, ensuring that supervised staff members are performing their positions to standard and in a timely manner. Previous Supervisory and/or Managerial Experience is required. Rate of pay is competitive and we offer incentive bonuses twice a year, and paid vacation time once Managerial status is reached.
